Our Story

Established in 1992 by the Armed Forces of Pakistan Welfare Department, DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) was originally created to serve military personnel. Over time, it expanded to include both military and civilian residents, developed through a collaboration between the Defense Housing Authority and renowned real estate developers like Habib Rafique Private Limited (HRL). Today, DHAI-R stands as a prestigious residential community, comprising six phases and multiple sectors, symbolizing upscale living in the Islamabad-Rawalpindi metropolitan area.
